Ce 26 ao\u00fbt a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 \u00e0 Kergalan le four \u00e0 pain \u00a0du bon Dr Roland ( Henri D\u00e9sir\u00e9 pour ces dames), et quel four !
\nDe quoi enfourner 12 pains de 4 livres, 12 pizzas 40cm , un agneau ou cochon de 50kg , voire \u2026<\/p>\n

Le premier essai fut \u00e0 la hauteur de\u00a0 ses \u00a0esp\u00e9rances, p\u00e2te et garnitures dignes d\u2019un pizzaiolo \u00e9toil\u00e9 ! Le four atteint 400 degr\u00e9s et l’inertie maintient une temp\u00e9rature lucif\u00e9rienne pendant plusieurs heures. Il serait donc judicieux de profiter de cette \u00e9nergie et que Roland\u00a0 le jour de Pizz’ annonc\u00e9,\u00a0 nous autorise \u00e0 amener nos pains, nans ,p\u00e2t\u00e9s,\u00a0\u00a0 volailles ou autre \u00e0 la cuisson ? Le tout dans un cadre enchanteur. C’est un jardin extraordinaire, il y a des canards qui parlent anglais aurait chant\u00e9 Trenet!<\/p>\n

Il n est pas interdit d envisager avant les jours trop courts, un concours ( avec coupe) pour designer le ou la meilleur pizzaiolo\/pizzaiola.<\/p>\n
